Getting started with GoalTrackers.ca is easy. Simply contact us through our website, and we'll guide you through the process of selecting a service that fits your needs.

What is a Goal Tracker?

A Goal Tracker is a dedicated fitness accountability buddy who supports, motivates, and checks in with you regularly to help you stay on track with your health and wellness goals.

How does the Goal Tracker system work?

You’ll be paired with a Goal Tracker buddy based on your goals, availability, and communication style. Together, you’ll set expectations (check-ins, updates, and encouragement), and they’ll help keep you consistent and focused.

How much do your services cost?

We have different rates for our service packages. It can be as little as $30 a month. You do not have to make up your mind immediately. Contact us for details about the type of service you are interested. 

Who are the Goal Trackers?

Goal Trackers are real people who have been trained in accountability support. While they’re not personal trainers or medical professionals, they are passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals.

What kind of goals can I work on with my Goal Tracker?

Anything health or fitness related—whether it's working out regularly, eating healthier, staying active during the week, improving sleep habits, or training for a specific event like a 5K or a fitness challenge.

How often do Goal Trackers check in?

It depends on what works best for you! Most users choose one session per week. You and your Tracker can decide the frequency and style of check-ins e.g. email or Google Meet.

Is this the same as hiring a personal trainer?

Not exactly. A Goal Tracker keeps you accountable, but doesn’t design workouts or meal plans. Think of them as a fitness-focused friend who makes sure you show up and stay consistent.

What if I don’t connect well with my Goal Tracker?

No problem. You can request a reassignment at any time—no hard feelings. We want you to have a connection that motivates you, not stresses you out.
