Our Founders started this journey not just to lose weight—but to reclaim their strength, their energy, and a part of themselves lost somewhere between motherhood, cultural expectations, and life’s daily grind.
As South Asian Muslim women in their 40s, navigating fitness wasn’t always easy. After having kids, their bodies changed and priorities shifted. Exercise felt intimidating, and honestly, we didn’t always see ourselves reflected in fitness spaces. But we knew we wanted more—for our health, confidence, and future.
For one of our founders, what started with small walks around the neighborhood turned into running marathons, hiking challenging trails, and eventually trekking all the way to the base camp of Mount K2—one of the most demanding and breathtaking experiences of her life. For the other small steps such as working out at home, learning to fuel her body with intention—became a personal transformation. Along the way, they realized there are so many of us out there: women balancing faith, family, and fitness, looking for a space where we feel seen, supported, and inspired.
